PG: To register for the first time please go to https://applyto.newcastle.ac.uk/ and click on ‘Register as a new Applicant’.  This will allow you to create a log in ID and password.

If an Agent has submitted an application on your behalf you will have received an email inviting you to register for the Apply to Newcastle Portal. This email was sent to your personal email address (as provided by your Agent) on the date that your application was submitted. In the email you will find an invitation link. Please click on this link and you will be guided through the registration process. It is important that you do not register without using the invitation link as your account will not be paired to your application and you will encounter login issues.

 

UG: If you have applied via UCAS for a course at Newcastle University, you will have received an email inviting you to register for our Apply to Newcastle Portal. This email will have been sent to the email account used to submit your UCAS application and contains a unique invitation link for your registration to the Portal. Please click on this link and you will be guided through the registration process. It is important that you do not register without using the invitation link as your account will not be paired to your application and you will encounter login issues.
