PG: Please follow the instructions on the web site https://applyto.newcastle.ac.uk/ to make an application. To register for the first time please click on the Register as a new Applicant link. This will allow you to create a log in and password.
UG: As you have applied via UCAS for a course at Newcastle University, you should have received an email to invite you to register for our Apply to Newcastle Portal. This email will have been sent to the email account used to submit your UCAS application and contains a unique invitation link for your registration to the Portal that you need to redeem.

Any other enquiries about applications you have submitted - please log in to the Apply to Newcastle Portal and check the status of your application. You can make an enquiry about your application once logged in to the Portal.
