The Apply to Newcastle Portal is for applications for Post Graduate Taught, MRes, MMus and LLM research programmes for 2022 entry. 

Please use our other Applicant Portal to APPLY for PGR applications for 2022 entry and to submit or track applications for PGT or PGR for 2021 entry

  • ALREADY REGISTERED TO USE THIS PORTAL… just sign in using the email address and password which you registered with.
  • REGISTER FOR FIRST TIME- please complete all of the required fields below. When you submit the form you will be sent an email invitation to complete your registration for the Portal.
  • You will then be able to submit, track and manage multiple applications for different applicants to Newcastle by using your one agent account.
  • When you sign in you will be sent a security pin code. This security pin code is only valid from the point of issue for 5 minutes. If you try to use this pin code after 5 minutes it will not work and you will need to sign in again and receive a new security pin code.
  • Once you have entered the security code – there is an option to ‘Remember this browser’ – this will turn off the pin code verification process for future logins for this PC.

Note : The list of available branches is validated against the registered email domains that we have on record for your organisation. If you are unable to select a branch, please add your organisation name and the International Office team will then review.
